Brief introduction
全自動(dòng)X射線載重車（轎車）輪胎檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)主要用于載重車（轎車）輪胎內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)及質(zhì)量的在線無損檢測(cè)。系統(tǒng)由高頻高壓X射線系統(tǒng)、數(shù)字成像系統(tǒng)、機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、輪胎自動(dòng)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、X射線防護(hù)系統(tǒng)、視頻監(jiān)視系統(tǒng)等組成，自動(dòng)化程度高，性能穩(wěn)定可靠，技術(shù)達(dá)到國際領(lǐng)先水平，通過了遼寧省科技成果鑒定，被國家科技部、環(huán)保部、商務(wù)部、質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局四部委列為國家重點(diǎn)新產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目。
The system is designed for truck(car) tire. I It is a full-automatic system. The inspection result can be shown on the PC’S screen excellently. t includes high frequency and voltage X-ray system, digital imaging system, mechanical motion system, tire identifying system, control system, X-ray protection system, video monitor system and so on.The system is a national key new product, and reaches international leading level.
